Power Football Academy
The Power Football Academy is Peninsula Power's structured development environment for talented junior and youth players.
The academy is built to help players become technically comfortable, intelligent, creative and hard-working. The focus is not just on producing stronger footballers, but on building habits that carry across training, match day and personal development.
Players work within a shared playing philosophy and coaching framework, supported by qualified coaches and operating under the direction of the Academy leadership, giving a consistent environment as they move through the age groups.
The FQ Academy pathway sits within Football Australia's recognised advanced pathway structure, giving players a stronger development environment, regular competition against other advanced players, and exposure to broader Football Queensland talent identification.
Entry is generally through trial or talent identification. Players and families should view the Academy as a commitment to learning, standards and continual improvement.
